Order Processing Time
Most items in our shop are handmade to order. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
- Handmade items: processing typically takes 1–5 business days before your order ships.
- Ready-to-ship items: processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience — every handmade piece is crafted with care.

We currently ship to Israel, the United States, Canada, and the European Union. If you are located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at dacotaeclat@gmail.com so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate shipping cost for your location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.
Free Shipping / Gift Threshold
We currently offer a complimentary gift on orders over $50 USD / ₪150, applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Any additional shipping promotions will be noted on our homepage or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to Israel, the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Please note:
- Israel: Domestic shipping — no customs fees apply.
- United States: Any applicable customs fees are covered by Dacota Éclat — you will not be charged extra fees on delivery.
- Canada & European Union: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
- Some items (for example, matches or other flammable accessories) may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to international regulations. Where restricted, this will be noted on the relevant product page.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dacota Éclat is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at dacotaeclat@gmail.com — we will do our best to update the order before it ships.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at dacotaeclat@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, along with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
